PARTS CHANGED WHEN PHONE WENT FOR REPAIRS WITH TELKOM

Disgusted service from Telkom, i have sent my Huawei P20 lite 2019 edition in for repairs, they have quoted me a price which i declined, when my phone was back at the store i collected it only to realise that my charging pin was no longer working, eventually took it to an out source party to get it repair infront of us..................... there this gentleman opens the phone and show us that all my original parts from my phone was now replaced by broken and old parts. feeling upset and disgusted with the service received from telkom.
