Part two of telkom is bull****

After speaking to three different consultant on the phone to cancel my online application and was told my application was cancalled my account was still debited with the amount of R449.....how the hell does telkom work honestly this so frustrating after spending 2days tryna cancel this contract they still debit my account , does Telkom workers not have brains to read wat is on the system before authorising any accounts this bull**** service
