Park station Telkom is a joke

Park station Telkom inconvenienced me majorly having me leave and come back 3 times for a simple swop assisted by a lady named Neo was utterly useless I asked the closing time and got different answers wanted I brought an affidavit and they had me bring another one to say I lost my ID even though this is a number issue
