Parhetic Poor Telkom service

I am tired of Telkom (8ta) pathetic service. Since laas week I am battling with network. I cannot phone them when I dont have network. I phone them on Saturday 30 June only to discover that Telkom is no longer roaming via MTN but via Vodacom. I am staying on a farm near Zeerust and have selective Vodacom service. A lady assisted me with new configuration settings but still I did not have network. I phoned again on Monday and asked the person assisting me to get someone to phone me on my alternative cell number. Up until now nowbody phoned me. I want to give Telkom exact coordinates in order for them to sort out this mess. I cannot phone, receive messages, using internet, etc. MTN put a booster at our house to enhance MTN network because my partner has a cellphone contract with MTN. That booster also assist Telkom network because roaming was via MTN.Is Telkom going to install another booster to assist with their network? My network is supposed to be on H because E is not strong enough but my network stays on E and comes and goes
