Parcels not delivered

I am so upset I have been calling the customer care line for 3 days.

Ordered a phone and router and did not receive the router but the cellphone was delivered

I keep calling asking for help and the tell me to call random numbers that either don’t exist or just hang up

This is unacceptable because money was debited from my account and they will keep debuting the amount under the impression that I have both my products

I really like telkom but what they are doing is not right.

I can’t return the phone because I opened the parcel to check if both my items that are stated in the way bill but only one item was in the box

My order number is : ********** 05A I am so frustrated that no one is helping me they keep referring me to other numbers
