Parcel not delivered after taking contract, No feedback

Good Day Everyone,

I ordered a new cellphone from telkom , they called me in 1 hour with regards to taking the contract , however my phone come with a watch which the sales person said i should call back to get once the phone is delivered. i called back and its 6 days later after and still nothing has been given it seems like they **** about the promotion on the adverti*****t.
