Parasite company

My family has paid for a 20 meg Line for 2 years and we have been getting speeds of 0,33 Mbps download and 0,52 upload. We have spoken to several assistants and every one of them say “on our side it looks like you are getting 20 Mbps speed”, and nothing further has been done about it. This company likes to suck you dry of all your money like a parasite whilst providing a garbage product. They have no sense of customer satisfaction and I believe that they never will. If anyone is thinking about moving to this service I would highly suggest that you reconsider where you put your money, because if you put your money into this company you will have no this to show for it.
