Pain in the Telkom again

Parastatals are a mess, and Telkom is no exception. I have an option on my account for Post-Paid Usage payment on data that exceed my allocated cap. I have spent months tryinmg to sort this out. On the phone I just get shunted from one consultant to another, and then back to the original one again, each person showing absolutely no interest other than getting you off their line on to someone else's. I visited Hatfield Branch where the chaotic reponse was even worse, with the advice that I go back to my telephone because they cannot do it. No pride in duty properly done.
