Paid up/Settlement lettr

I settled with my account with Telkom, my details are Sakhiwo Lennox Ngqotso ID number ********** 790080, my numbers are ********** 796. I requested a letter and I havent received it. Today it will be the 2nd week and I need the letter as soon as possible. I dont know how many times i have contacted the call centre, facebook page and their twitter with no good feedback. They all tell me different things or ask me to resend the informatiom i have already sent to them. I dont know what to do anymore. Can you please assist me.
