PAID UP LETTER URGENTLY

I recently got a job but due to the type of work that will do I had to be debt free so they find that m owing telkom two acc 1st 1 was 8.520 and 13.250 so as I need that job I made efforts and paid up both amounts now all I need from them is the paid up letter to produce to the place m about to start to instead I've been send in different directions I went to the store in prominade was assisted by Mustafa he said I mst call bill department I dd they said the payment takes 42 to 72 hours to reflect and that's when they can request for paid up letter but it's a week still no signed I have spent more than R200 calling telkom with no help I went to loan shark to get that money to pay them so that I can get the job now they playing HIDE N SEAK
