Paid Up Letter Nightmare

I have been calling Telkom and requesting for a paid up letter since October 2020 and every time I get told "I will receive it within 7 days" or "My request has been escalated". How long does it take to issue a single piece of paper? My life is on hold now due to this. The worst customer service EVER!!!
