Paid up letter needed pathetic service and agents

Paid off my black listed account agent gave me the wrong eft reference. Since 18 of May I am batteling to get the funds paid to the account of mine to get paid up letter. What must I do everytime you say I have not paid then I send you the eft payment then again I must wait 72 hours just to hear all this **** again. Send the eft proof 6 times all reference no received just to hear there is no reference no like this and then of course you "well-trained" staff put the phone down how the hell does this work seriously. Tried to see a consultant face to face yet your offices in Centurion is still closed this is pathetic get your **** together. Lock down is no longer an excuse man up and sort your **** out
