Paid up letter from Telkom

I have been waiting for a paid-up letter from Telkom to no avail. When I call, their customer agents tell me I will have it in 7 days, some say 14 days. Most of them tell me they will send my request to their managers but I am still waiting. This has been holding me back as I cannot apply for anything because I keep getting declined, this is nonsense.
