Paid up letter follow up

Good day, I'm Mthokozisi Madlala My ID No. ********** 509081 i had a contract with you guys long story short i paid up my account and some payments were not reflecting for the longest time had to fight to get ahold of a teamleader Luthando Ngcobo of which she helped and they all reflected this was early to late November when they did reflect i was told to wait for atleast 48 hours to get my paid up letter its been over 3 weeks now waiting and no one is getting back to me about anything I've sent a slew of emails to check and have called your call centre with no effective outcome on my matter.

My head office has went as far as warning me that my transfer will expire if i dont produce this paid up letter.

What should i do now??
