Paid up letter

I have asked for my paid up letter on multiple occassions, your consultants keep promiing me that it will be sent. Ive given my details how many times already, what else must I do? You are quick to get the money but your after sale service sucks big time I will never use you ever again. Looking at all your complaints on Hello Peter I see Im not the only one having issues and please dont use the lockdown as an excuse as Ive been waiting for 2 months now.
