Paid Up letter

Hello Peter May you please help me sort this matter. I have made a payment of R6000 on the 29th of February to Telkom via Bham &Dahya .30 Days has passed the money is reflecting at Telkom system but they are refusing to give me a Paid up letter .I find it unfair 30 Days is a very long period, I have sent emails to almost 5 Telkom consultants there is no way forward on my case and The Bham & Dahya consultant has sent emails no respond .My contact details is B.Y Mbatha contacts number *** Payment reference TELM-A9646.
