paid up letter

I have been sent from post to pillar I need a paid up letter just confirming that I have paid however it seems to be impossible with Telkom such HORRIBLE SERVICE from the get go its been problems I am in this mess because of Telkom I tried to sort it out by paying my account but getting a paid up letter. Telkom is ****!!!!!I regret ever taking a contract with them
