paid up letter

iam so fustrated that telkom is not able to give me a paid up letter after the account showed that i owe the 1rand 6cents. i have paid them 2rands and i have sent the proof of payment but up to now iam stuck because my nedbank home loan can not be approved because of the outstanding letter, i have called telkom several times and i have been to their store 3times for the same request. i have sent the proof of paying that 2rands to their 2 consultants but still no letter. please help me to get this letter iam not owing them and my application is expiring
