5 attempts made to get a paid up letter from Telkom with no joy, 3 attempts made with their attorneys. Payment was made on the 18th and 3 long weeks have passed with no assistance. No employee takes the time to even question how they can be of assistance. All that was done is an escalation as per call centre agents
