Paid Up Letter

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid the Telkom account and havent received the paid up letter, even phoned the call center and i was informed that i will receive the letter which never came through. I need to update my details as i am no longer owing Telkom. A gentleman by the name of Gerschwin Lindhorst ********** had confirmed a month ago that he will send it to me but never did. Never even communicated after that. I have written a review to Hello Peter and never received any feedback from them. Such poor service, yet this account was handed over without informing me. It seems as though nobody manages their department.</p>
