Paid Up Letter

<p>Good day</p> <p>I had an account with you that I paid up last week, Ive been struggling to get a paid up letter since last week. At first they said ill get it on Thursday than Thursday became Friday today is Tuesday and I still do not have my paid up letter. I'm trying to apply for finance however the only thing preventing me iis this letter and i need the finance for my business. I was at Telkom again today at Musgrave and they telling me that I need to wait for another two days before I get the letter. This is insane and very poor service why must I fight so hard just for a letter a stupid settlement letter. my i.d is ********** 578087 my cell is ********** 171</p>
