Paid telkom in march to date they say I'm owing them

<p>Telkom admin processes are terrible. I paid telkom money in march . It is June and to date telkom says I owe them . They expect me to continue paying them yet no payments get acknowledged. You query and query and provide proof of payment still no service from telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this fair. I am expected to pay telkom and my balance is increases with arrears. </p>
