Paid off Telkom account

i have paid telkom along time a go but they still appear on my credit report .. i called so many times asking for a paid up letter , they say i still owe and i have paid the collection company in full . . .can i get a paid up letter .. .the debt is already prescribed if they are claiming that i still owe them . .. .. my cell number *** and ID ***
