Paid my account manually and debited in my account

<p>My account was suspended and then I went to pay it manually</p> <p>Later that month they debited me so I wanted them to refund me</p> <p>They said they have re-funded me but I didn't get that money.</p> <p>I even made bank statement it doesn't reflect on it</p> <p>I have been a customer for last 3 years I never experienced such a treat.
