Paid for two months of Data but lines are suspended

Telkom mobile is freaking useless and Pathetic i paid for September and they debited me for October yet my line is still suspended , the supervisors ignore your emails yet they sitting with your money , customer care consultants can see the money yet nobody is unblocking my line and we loosing out on 200gigs of data

is telkom going to give my money back??????
