PAID FOR SOMETHING I NEVER USED

-App**** for a cellphone contract, application was succesfull....No phone arrived. -Waited two weeks got a call again reapl****, sucessfull again.Waited waited for the phone. -Receives only an data simcard. -Never activated the simcard. -Was billed, had to pay because of scared of being blacklisted. -Immediate cancellation asked for,was told it was processed -Today got billed agian. -Had to use R300 of my own airtime to sit on my phone to get rid of this contract. -No PLATFORM TO COMPLAIN about their POOR services.
