Paid for nothing
My name is Igsaan Dalwai with Telkom number *** and case number ***9. On Sunday morning (26/07/2015) I purchased R150.00 Telkom Mobile airtime which I then used to purchase 2gigs and 25mb of data separately. The funds were subtracted from my \Top Up Wallet"but I never received any data!!! On Monday the 27th I called the call centre and lodged a complaint (case ***9)"
