PAID FOR A PRODCUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED

If I could give you 0 starts I would!!! ORDER NUMBER JDW ********** 6001 - I've ordered a phone been debited and was supposed to be delivered by today. I called the call centre and my order has not even been processed, however I've been debited for a product I haven't received. Now I have to wait another 5 days before I get my phone. This is ridiculous.

Call centre staff are not helpful at all and never know what's going on. Telkom seriously need to relook their staff and processes. This is unacceptable.
