Paid but still suspended 8 days later

My services was suspended end of May,

I went to the store and was advised I shouldn't pay the bill because they will debit my account as well.

My debit went off on the 1st June. Up until today I have no service. I have spent the same amount of my contract in buying data for another device because of my services being suspended.
