Paid account suspended - Struggling for 5 months to get this sorted.

After 8 years of service this is how Telkom thanks me, by suspending my PAID account after payment via debit order. I have been struggling now for 5 FKN months to get this sorted, every month I hear, "Don't worry sir this wont happen again, the problem is sorted." and guess what, every month it is the same problem. Telkom you need to either sort this out or shove this phone and contract. If this happens again, I will stop the debit order and you won't get paid anything for this **** I have to deal with. Please can a senior manager or a competent person contact me to get this resolved, as I think Telkom only employs imbeciles.
