Paid account still suspended after 48 hours

Account was suspended despite paying it before the requested date. Paid for December and January. It has been 5 days and more than 48 working hours since payment was made. It is festive season and we cannot contact our loved ones due to their incompetence. This is why SA will never be great - it is filled with *****, ******** and *******!!
