Package sold NOT delivered

I purchased a 40mbps Fibre that comes with a 3 gig sim at R1299 per month. After 3 weeks I have still not got a working sim. If I phone the Pinnacle centre they sy that don't issue the sims and I must sort this out at the Telkom store. I have been to the store 4 times and each time they say that they only issue the sim card and the data is an integrated service. THey say they will escalate the problem, after 3 weeks still nothing has been solved.

My advice is if you are considering a package with Telkom stay away as once they have sold you the package there is nothing you can do - the 2 parties concerned just keep on passing the buc.
