p8 lite 2017 application
i am absolutely disappointed by the service from telkom especially the mobile division. My order for an p8 lite 2018contract was approved on the 30 MAY 2018and they subsequently debited my account only to be waiting 5 working days later (which is what their delivery policy states) with no device delivered. I tried to contact the call centre and was advised the order has been processed and it will take 5 to 7 working days to be deliverd A request was sent for a call back by the agent and guess what i'm still waiting
