P20 Pro told would get in 5 Days now out of stock till who knows when???
I went into the Table Bay Mall Telkom last week Monday to do a upgrade to the P20 Pro, I was told that it would take 5 days to get the phone. Yesterday I went back to do a follow up and get told that they don’t know when I will get it and that there is a huge backlog. This is not good service Supply & demand needs to be looked at and I want to know when I will get an upgrade as promised!!! This needs to be escalated

21 Jun 2018, 20:38To add to to ur story, I was told by the store that they would get the guy that helped me to call me and I am still waiting for this call. I called a number given to me to do a follow up with store orders and the guy said that nothing was ordered and he was going to call the store to check and get back to me, still waiting for this call. Today I call again at 14:30 and the guy I spoke to said there was no record of a order or any note of me speaking to anyone, I asked for a manager immediately and he said sure, puts me on hold and then transfers me back into the queue to speak to another agent, which I didn’t get to speak to anyone. I deal with executive complaints for a corporate company and this is unprofessional service! Tried to call again before 5 and was on hold for over 15 min before hanging up again! Ps: no response to this hello peter complaint either!!
