Ownership change

We want to change a line to new owners and are struggling with this ... No one seems to be able to assist. everyone says we have to go to a telkom store with the new owners. There is no Telkom store in our town. The new owner gave me a copy of his ID and his business details to do the change. I have been holding lines for ages and I want to help my mother with this, but she must be present as the line is on her name. This line have been used as a business line, the new owners of the business want to keep the number. What must we do, I can't let my mother sit here the whole day.
