Ownership and Integrity - A no show at TELKOM SA

Hi I am a representing my company Biltong Man (Pty) Ltd . Acc number ********** 32254 .

Let me state that all my life I have never come across a corporate that undermines ownership and integrity to its paying customers. I urge the Hierarchy to study their non customer centric structures and get in tune with current business practices.

I received a call from the sales department in June 2018 requesting an upgrade of my then current status of merely a Telkom line which had a portion allocated for free Telkom to Telkom and a free cell calls.

At this point Telkom was marketing an Uncapped Business packages for a 4mbps uncapped lines plus Telkom to Telkom free . any calls outside the network will be charged . This was prevalent in all newspapers and media. R649.00 incl

I suggested to the salesperson that's the package I would like to migrate too to which she agreed and did all the necessary and hooked up my business internet .The technicians had the line up the following week.

I understood that internet would be an advance billing and the first month would be double and pro rata . When I received my first billing it had an authorised service fee of about R649.00 which was aptly credited after i sent my dispute.

I was waiting to for my first full billing which would be for July 2018 and this is where all the issues began.

- I was not being charged R649.00 incl VAT -The Charge was R806.01 -I called the billing enquiries and held on for 20 odd minutes -The accounts department said I needed to call Sales as they cant help me and after I resolved with sales that I need to contact them on what was resolved -I was dumbfounded by this , but wanting to get the issue resolved I had no choice but to call sales - I called a person on 7 September 2018 and said she would get sales rep to call me, nothing happened- I didn't take down her name etc -I then called Sales 10 September 2018 at approximately 13.20 and spoke to Verona Sheriff. She couldn't give me a reference number but was very helpful and then said that she would email the rep and I would get a call the following day . She refused to copy me on the email or give me her email as it was against protocol and said I should use her name as a reference - I received no feedback and then called the billing department on 12.09.2018 at approximately 14.41 which I voice recorded on my phone . The person was Vuyokazi Gwaqa from PE branch .I explained it all to her again and she said there's nothing she can do. She then transferred me to Sales where i Spoke to Jemaine Ganas who was helpful and agreed that the special was R649.00 pm incl VAT. She emailed the sales rep and said I would get a response in the day. Being afraid that I wouldn't get no response , I asked Jemaine to email me , which she promptly did saying that the rep would call me in the day or next. - I got no response and emailed Jemaine on several occasions requesting an update . She finally responded on 20 September 2018 stating that she was off from work and said she couldn't help me as to why no one had called and said that she couldn't help further. I am now at a point where I have exhausted all channels ,my patience , my respect for the organisation. I cannot believe the lack of ownership , the non sincerity and in-cohesiveness of this corporation . I humbly place a plea for someone in the organisation with any ownership and integrity to step forward and assist me .

Merely extracting the recording of the sales interaction with myself and the sales rep will show that I took a special at R649.00 incl VAT and not R806.01 . Please please please assist.
