OWING INSURANCE THAT I HAVE CANCELED

So disappointed at Telkom services. I'm done with TELKOM!

I had a contract with Telkom which I have paid in full. I was paying for an insurance for more than a year and I had decided to cancel their services. I sent an email to *** and have not received a response nor reference pertaining my cancellation. To my surprise, this matter has been handed over to debt collectors! From paying R152 for an insurance to having to pay R1200+. This is extremely ridiculous and TELKOM will find out from hellopeter that THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE CENT FROM ME. I have proof that I have cancelled my insurance. To add to that, I have never claimed from it. How in this universe does someone owe an insurance that they have never claimed from? Instead they were chowing my money throughout and I still owe them? SHAME ON YOU TELKOM. SHAME

I will dispute this until its handed over to the ombudsman!!!!!!!
