Owes me R1500

<p>I had internet at my house and telkom over charged me by R1500 and they told me a year ago they will pay me back ... I've been running back and forth for my money and these people are just not trying to make payment. This is very overwhelming as I'm 65 years old and really depend on this money .</p>
