Owe R2K but they cannot tell me for what!!

<p>I have had a telkom account which included wifi and a landline account. I have cancelled this bundle account in 2016. Two months ago I receive a bill of R2K and that they handed me over. I have been phoning and sending e mails again and again. No one can tell me what the outstanding amount is for. They have now handed me over to attorneys. If i dont pay they will blacklist me. Can someone please tell me what the money is owed for and why a year later billed. Account No: ********** 32396.</p> <p>*****ing money from people will not assist in Telkoms existance!</p>
