ovet 2 months and i still dont have my phone line

Its been over 2 months and i still haven't had my phone line actividlted !!!! The first guys came out after we waited 3 weeks and they told us they couldnt do because of some reason unkown amd then after already complaining and absolutelynothing being done we cut our holiday short to be here on Monday so they could com and finally activate it! But yet again we were told it wont happen we have to wait again so after all this time it still hasnt been done amd the guy said it would take him 15 min to do it but we have to wait for another jobcard to be done! So how long will i have to wait this time?? and then they will come while im working and whos gonna be at home to open up that's why i wanted it done in the holiday!! But no it takes telkom months to do a 15min job ? Order number ***
