Overloaded DSLAM means I pay for service that can't be provided

<p>I've been having internet issues for quite some time. I was on a 2mb service and upgraded to a 4mb to try to improve it. The service was even worse. Eventually, Telkom sent a technician to the house. He advised that the local DSLAM that I'm connected to is overloaded and that the 0.2mb download speed that I get is all I can expect. There is nothing he can do about it (although there are other DSLAMs in the area that I could be connected to). I feel that I've been ****** by Telkom as I've been paying for a service for years that they know they cannot provide me with. Appalled at the service I've received.</p>
