Overfilling, no response from staff, pathetic service

<p>A year ago I app**** for a LTE data bundle contract. The advertised price was R999, however Telkom have been billing me R1699pm, in addition I was charged R3500 in the first pro-rata month due to a billing issue, and I was billed before having recieved the advertised offer. I have spoken to 14 people at Telkom and opened 4 disputes, to no avail. I am now dealing with a supervisor in the billing department (Jody Harrison) who has done nothing with my problem for 8 months. Telkom owes me over R9000 to date!!!!</p>
