Overdue Service of Relocation

I logged a relocation request online for the 18th of April 2020. After numerous calls and emails, I still have no service at my new address. Today it is the 26th of June already and no joy. I am at witts end as I have to work from home and have to spend money on mobile airtime and data as well as pay for a Telkom Unlimited home service which I cannot use. It is a waste of money and time.
