Overdue refund
<p>It's almost a year later and Telkom has still not fixed my account details on the contract or refunded me the amount that was wrongfully deducted from my account. As it is, my account is in credit with R359 and the details on my statement, including my postal address is wrong!!! I can't wait to terminate the contract after the 24 month period because your service suc****!</p>
