Overdue refund
It has been a year now since Telkom mobile promised to resolve this matter,however nothing has been resolved yet. You cannot be serious that this cannot be resolved for so long. How much time do you need to resolve such a small matter, is it simply incompetence or negligence of your duties. I Am disgusted buy your very unprofessional conduct.
