Overdue Contract Cancellation Request_Case Ref. No.***9.I can't believe that this matter has not yes been resolved after a whole year. There is a deduction from my account by Telekom mobile again this month. I have not received any refund or any communication from the billing department. Please resolve this matter urgently......
