OVERCHARGINGING SERVICE PROVIDER

i have had a cellphone contract with Telkom for almost 3 years now for one phone and the contract was suppose to be 2 years(24 months), they keep extending my contact and i doent know why i want efficient answers ASAP ,they always overcharge me and keep sending me my invoice and someone else invoice i want a refund for that money and they must ****** check my contract with them
