Overcharging on packages i did not buy

<p>I usually pay R115.21 p.m to telkom as per my bill however after April I Started getting charged R245.78. I only have a line with talkom. Afrihost is my ISP and i pay them for my ADSL line. All i wanted from telkom was a line rental which was perferct for me until april. According to the consultant, I have been put on different plans and packages that i was not made aware of. Every month i put R200 into my bank account that specifically for telkom and a telkom gets paid via debit order every month however, now my bill sits at R900+ because theres a R250 Debit order limit and now my credit score will also drop as per my banks advice. The consultant said that she put a query and that I will receive a call, I have not received any call. Telkom needs to fix this. </p>
