Overcharging Me on Data Contract TELKOM CASE NO. ***1

I took a data contract at SANDTON CITY branch of TELKOM in September 2016 for R299 a month. 20gb a month. 10 anytime and 10 between 12-6 am. Cut a long story short, Telkom overcharged me from day 1 or inception of that Contract ranging from R400 - R800 per month. Instead of the R299 a month which I signed up for and was capped accordingly. Telkom never sent me an INVOICE in regard to the CONTRACT. As soon as I found out they were overdebitting me I went back to TELKOM, dialled 081 180, spoke to the Manager at Sandton and asked that they resolve the billing issue. They promised to and reconcile and credit my account accordingly. In December 2016, they still had not done so. I again asked them to fix the overdebitting issue, failing which I would cancel the CONTRACT. They still did not fix the overdebitting issue and at the END OF JANUARY 2017 I went back to TELKOM and cancelled the contract and took back their wifi-router. I FILLED IN A CANCELLATION FORM IN THAT REGARD, also on the advise of the Sales Consultant there who had seen me go there several times with no joy. Guess what, even after that cancellation, they have not stopped debitting my account. I no longer have the wifi router, contract was cancelled and accepted at SANDTON Telkom for overdebitting issue and failuer to fix after I requested ample times. I have since asked them to STOP this ******** debitting of my account and TELKOM has not stopped and/or is refusing to do so. PLEASE HELP ME in this regard and ALERT other customers thinking of signing up with TELKOM what they may face. I am also reporting them to the CONSUMER COMMISSION and contempaltingLEGAL ACTION and FEES THEREOF will be for TELKOM'S ACCOUNT, if they dont stop debitting my account. REVERSING THE DEBIT ORDERS has not helped because the next month they change the amount and it goes through. I AM GATVOL. zwin - disgruntled ex customer of TELKOM.
