Overcharging me again!
Hi<br> <br> Once again i have to Hello Peter Telkom for overcharging me and their pathetic service.I have a cellphone account which is R329 and an LTE wifi that was upgraded to R30gb+30gb of data for R499.If you add the 2 up my bill supposed to be R828.Telkom billed me R2211 incorrectly!!! Bianca Sibanda logged a query on the 27th of last month and this has still not been resolved a month later.I need this sorted out as i just phoned the helpdesk and the lady Lebogang Mesoa had no clue what is going on.I dont have time for Telkom and their incorrect billing ****!
